Project managers are the KEY contact for SE’s clients. These roles are critical to the success of the group. With the DCS team, we strive to provide the “white glove” experience to our highest value customers.

Daily activities/responsibilities include:

• Scheduling
• Technical questions resource
• Team coordination.

Take the lead responsibilities

• Lead site meetings
•  Lead internal coordination/schedule meeting
• Facilitate quality meetings internal and external

• Strong organization skills

What's in it for you?

For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $112,000.00 - $168,000.00 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.

The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States.  Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level.  Within the salary range, inspanidual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.  Schneider Electric also offers a comprehensive benefits package to support our employees, inclusive of medical (with member reward points), dental, vision, and basic life insurance, Benefit Bucks (credits to apply towards your benefits) flexible work arrangements, paid family leaves, 401(k) match, well-being and recognition (including service anniversary) programs, 12 holidays per year, 15 days of paid time off per year (pro-rated in the first year of employment based on start date), opportunity to purchase company stock (eligibility depends on start date), and military leave benefits.

Who will you report to?

• Matthew Durbin, Project Execution Manager

• BA degree in Engineering, Construction, or related Technical degree background
• 5 years of experience in project management
• Experience in the construction industry or direct client experience
• Data Center experience preferred
• Passion for customer satisfaction and a drive to succeed.
• Successful candidate will be capable of running their own projects as needed.
• Successful candidate will utilize in place support personnel.
